The national associations of the debt collection and credit management industries BDIU from Germany, CSA from the United Kingdom, IVÖ from Austria, and PZW from Poland together with the vocational education academy DIA from Germany have developed a curriculum for a vocational training module on the impact of the new European data protection regulation on the claims management and debt collection sector.
This module is intended to train employees in the sectors to receive the necessary qualification to be able to understand, communicate and apply the complex regulations and numerous changes brought about by the new European regulation on data protection.
